Directions for preparing your items.

1.) Sort your items. Check for stains, broken zippers, missing buttons etc. 
All infant,children, youth and teen sizes accepted.
Junior (teen) clothing sizes 1-13 must be brand name only.


2.) Wash all items.  Items must be clean and nicely displayed.  Go through your items again and make sure you are only bring to consign the best of your items.  This may mean that some items get left at home. We are looking for high quality, well maintained items, not just another item to sell.

3.) Log into your consignor account.

4.) Create tags for each item using the user friendly software program.
(Tags must be printed on white card stock paper, all items wishing to be donated must have donate symbol indicated on the tag.)

*All clothing items must be hung on hangers and tags attached in upper right hand corner of clothing item via safety pins or tag gun. Please make sure the hangers are to the left forming a ? and the right side of the garmet is your right side.
*When pricing your items use only whole dollar amounts to make the 1/2 off sale easier to manage. If you are having trouble pricing your items ask a friend. 
*Outfit sets sell better, try putting together whole outfits.
*Use clear tape or string to attach tags to non-clothing/bedding items.

5.) Print out tags on your own computer. Use a quality printer when printing your tags. The bar code on the tag must not be smudged. 

6.) Schedule your drop off. All drop offs are done by scheduled time only. Please allow approximately 15 minutes for drop off because items will be screened before being allowed.  This helps in ensuring quality. THIS IS NOT A GARAGE SALE. Please do not be offended if some of your items are not accepted. This enables Momma's Munchkins to maintain the standards of a higher quality sale and allows you, the consignor, to know that your items will be offered only with the best of the best to it's customers. 

7.) Print, read and sign "Consignor Agreement" and bring it with you when dropping off your items.

8.) Pick up any items that did not sell that you are not donating during the scheduled time.

9.) Wait for you check to arrive in the mail 2-3 weeks following the close of the sales event.
