Hi, my name is Denise.  I am "momma" to Noah, Logan, Kamrin, Lilly and Kilyn.  

    Momma's Munchkins all started shortly after I delieveried our fifth child, Kilyn, another boy, that we decided our family was complete. I started looking around our home and begun to realize that we had accumulated a lot of baby and kids STUFF over the years! I remember asking my husband “What were we going to do with all of this after Kilyn does not need it anymore, some of it has never even been used!” 

    I guess without realizing it, over the course of the last 10 years we had acquired our own Babys-R-Us right in our own home! Shortly after that conversation with my husband I received an email from my cousin’s wife about a seasonal consignment sale. I had always considered myself thrifty but a seasonal consignment sale was a whole new concept to me, I had never even heard of such a thing. I had heard of a consignment shop and had shopped in the past at a few, but never a one time HUGE children’s blow out resale, what a concept! I was so excited.  I participated in the sale and I got to recycle many of the things I had barely used because the kids grew out of them so fast, giving another mom an opportunity to use quality baby and kid products at a fantastic price plus I made my family a few extra dollars not to mention SPACE in our home. I do remember though before deciding to participate taking a moment and thinking to myself, “Will this really work. Is it worth my time, it is so far away.” I decided to try it anyways and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the items at the sale was not compromised by the quanity, I am talking I had attended Momma's One Stop Baby Shop. 

     Then the light came on, “Hey wait a minute. If I’m traveling out here, then their has to be other moms that are too. Why not have a sale in my own neighborhood?” Hence, Momma’s Muchkins Seasonal Children’s Consignment Sale was born!
